Job Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual looking to join our team at the Hampton Inn Sheridan WY . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and hassle-free experience, managing nighttime operations, and conducting financial audits.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in, ensuring all details are accurate. 2. Conduct financial audits of daily transactions. 3. Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and manage other financial transactions. 4. Monitor and address potential security risks. 5. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction. 6. Prepare daily reports for management and communicate any significant issues. 7. Perform end-of-day tasks, including setting up breakfast areas (if applicable). 8. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area. 9. Ensure the safety and security of our guests throughout the night. 10. Coordinate with the morning shift about any ongoing tasks or potential issues.
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of customer service principles. 2. Proficient in basic computer software, including hotel management software. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations. 5.
