In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, and driving the overall success of the property. Your leadership will ensure that the hotel maintains high standards of service, profitability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue management strategies to meet financial goals while maintaining high service standards. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor. Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations. Implement effective guest services protocols to elevate the overall guest experience in a competitive hospitality landscape. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel's amenities and attract new guests through innovative initiatives. Experience Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel or resort management roles. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including revenue management, guest relations, and front desk operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience with budgeting, human resources management, and hotel financial systems. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
