Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor. Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations. Implement effective guest services protocols to elevate the overall guest experience in a competitive hospitality landscape. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel's amenities and attract new guests through innovative initiatives. Experience Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel or resort management roles. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including revenue management, guest relations, and front desk operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience with budgeting, human resources management, and hotel financial systems. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
