The Assistant General Manager supports the full scope of hotel operations across both properties while taking an active leadership role in sales initiatives and revenue performance. This position ensures outstanding guest service, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations LeadershipOversee daily activities across front desk, housekeeping, guest services, maintenance, and securityUphold brand standards and company expectations with consistency and excellenceCultivate a positive, service-driven culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagementLead safety programs, including training, reporting, and complianceSales & Revenue ManagementSupport and execute revenue-driving strategies to boost ADR and occupancyParticipate in sales calls, prospecting, and hands-on business developmentPartner with Sales to enhance client relationships and grow key accountsEnsure seamless communication between Sales, Operations, and clientsIdentify revenue opportunities and contribute to competitive market strategiesFinancial & Administrative OversightReview financial statements and support effective budget and labor managementMonitor departmental expenses and implement cost-control strategiesAssist in forecasting, staffing, and performance analysisTeam DevelopmentMotivate, mentor, and develop department leaders and associatesSupport training efforts and performance managementPromote accountability, engagement, and continuous professional growthIf you have:2+ years hotel supervisory or Assistant General Manager experienceExperience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or Wyndham strongly preferredProven success in guest satisfaction and service deliveryStrong grasp of hotel financials, budgeting, and labor managementExperience supporting or collaborating with sales effortsDemonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational resultsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsWe would love to connect with you!
