Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hotel management, and a passion for customer service. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing guest relations effectively. All associates must have anytime availability and fill in to replace shifts according. The candidate will also be MOD/PIC. This opportunity will lead to a management position. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Manage the front desk team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information. Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and assist guests promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Implement procedures for maintaining security and confidentiality of guest information. Additional duties will be assigned per management. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably in front desk operations. Marriott experience is helpful. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, elite appreciate, and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems. Prior experience in resort or hotel settings is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with guests and team members alike.
