Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Hotel General Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth hotel operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, oversee daily management activities, and contribute to the overall success of our resort or hotel. Duties Assist the Hotel General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services,maintenance and housekeeping coordination Supervise and motivate staff members, providing guidance on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and operational procedures Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies and budgeting practices to maximize profitability Ensure high standards of guest relations by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment Coordinate night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each shift Maintain compliance with hospitality standards and safety regulations across all departments Qualifications Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry Strong background in hotel management, guest services, and resort operations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hotel experience best practices Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures Previous experience in hospitality management roles that involve supervising front desk staff and handling guest services Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
