This isn't just a management role; it is an opportunity to spearhead a major property launch in the thriving Chandler market. We are looking for a high-energy, "boots-on-the-ground" General Manager to join our opening team. You will take the reins of the pre-opening phase, execute the transition from construction to operations, and build a culture of success from day one. _________________________________________________________________________ As the Opening General Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our corporate opening team to ensure a seamless debut in September 2026.
Your primary focus will be:
Pre-Opening:
Managing the countdown to opening, from staffing and training to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) setup.
Leadership:
Implementing brand standards and operational workflows to ensure a high-performing property.
Team Building:
Recruiting, hiring, and inspiring a brand-new team of hospitality professionals.
Community Engagement:
Acting as the face of the property in the Chandler area to drive local sales and partnerships. _________________________________________________________________________ What You Bring to the Table Preference will be given to candidates with Wyndham experience. Proven success with other major hotel brands is also highly valued. You understand the unique challenges of a hotel opening and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to dive into the details to ensure every guest experience is flawless.
