Full Job Description Front Desk Supervisor Location:
Phoenix, AZ, 85008 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and empowering team members to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support front desk staff to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. Empower team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to enhance their skills and confidence. Manage scheduling and daily assignments to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures at the front desk. Required Skills Strong leadership and team empowerment abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency with front desk software and basic office applications. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role at a front desk or customer service environment preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
