HOTEL BUILDING MAINTENCE

MANAGER, Full-Time We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the management and maintenance of industrial facilities within our manufacturing environment. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, while leading a team of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will bring strong management capabilities, technical expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial maintenance, along with excellent leadership skills. Your proactive approach will help optimize facility performance, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective scheduling, task delegation, and performance management Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, low voltage, and high voltage systems across the facility Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to plan, track, and document maintenance activities and work orders Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues with industrial equipment and control systems including PLCs Conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults and ensure system integrity Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or modifications, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by implementing preventative maintenance programs Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and safety inspections to support audits and continuous improvement efforts Experience Proven management or supervisory experience within industrial maintenance or facilities management roles Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems (including low voltage and high voltage), and HVAC systems Hands-on experience with CMMS software for maintenance planning and documentation Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical circuits Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through completion in a manufacturing or industrial setting Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration Prior experience supervising teams in environments requiring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards Join us in maintaining a safe, efficient, and innovative facility where your expertise drives operational excellence!
