Guest Service Manager/Property Inspector Revana Realty Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Full-time $22.50 - $26.44 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Property management tools Interpersonal skills In-person customer service Driver's License Attention to detail Time management Mobile devices Full Job Description Guest Service Manager / Property Inspector The Guest Service Manager (GSM) / Property Inspector role requires a highly motivated team player who is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring properties consistently meet Holiday Rental standards. This position manages the guest journey from pre-arrival through checkout while also conducting detailed property inspections, documenting issues, and coordinating resolutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining luxury hospitality standards. ResponsibilitiesGuest Services Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the entire guest journey. Manage guest expectations leading up to check-in and throughout their stay. Handle inbound and outbound guest communications via phone, text, email, and messaging platforms. Complete all required guest documentation. Manage Guest Services and Checklist email inboxes. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns. Ensure all required guest touchpoints are completed. Communicate property rules, regulations, and expectations before and during guest stays. Coordinate guest requests and special accommodations. Ensure guests receive services according to Holiday Rental standards. Verify all guest amenities and services have been assigned and completed. Monitor guest feedback and work to proactively resolve concerns. Property Inspections Conduct pre-arrival, arrival, departure, and quality assurance inspections. Perform routine property walks and inspections on vacant and occupied homes. Identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, inventory, and presentation issues. Document inspection findings with detailed notes and photos. Create and assign tasks through company systems to ensure timely resolution. Verify completion of maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor work. Ensure homes meet company standards prior to guest arrival. Report property damage, missing inventory, and safety concerns. Assist with onboarding new properties by documenting home details, inventory, and operating procedures. Property Operations Ensure house settings are appropriate based on occupancy or vacancy. Check climate control applications to verify heating and cooling settings. Check pool control applications to verify heating, filtration, and operating schedules. Ensure home information, instructions, and property details remain accurate and up to date. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, pool vendors, and other service providers. Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure completion. Maintain detailed records and documentation within company systems. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, guest services, vacation rental management, property management, or a related field. Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle a variety of guest situations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and ability to identify property deficiencies. Comfortable using mobile applications, property management software, and inspection platforms. Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and perform inspections for extended periods. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
