Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless hospitality services. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and passion for guest service in a dynamic resort or hotel setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests Oversee guest services, resolving issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Lead night audit procedures, verifying financial transactions and preparing daily reports Train and mentor front desk staff on hospitality standards, customer service excellence, and hotel policies Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries in multiple languages when applicable and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a resort or hotel environment Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guests effectively Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and efficiency Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and additional languages preferred Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
