Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM to join our hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless hotel management. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction, foster positive guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Duties Supervise daily front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and bilingual communication skills Oversee guest services, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction Coordinate night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols Lead and train front desk staff on hospitality management best practices, including guest relations and hotel policies Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive resolutions Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to ensure smooth operations and compliance with hotel standards Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within a resort setting Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail Prior hotel experience demonstrating familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality standards Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! $28.00 - $30.36 per hour
