This role drives operational excellence, team performance, and financial success while maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and service. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and engagement Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet revenue and profitability goals Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements as needed Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met Coordinate with corporate teams and vendors to support hotel operations Implement local marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred), not required. 3-5+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front office operations Strong knowledge of the F&B Operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets Strong problem-solving and guest service skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience working within Hilton brands or similar global hotel chains Familiarity with Hilton systems such as PEP Multilingual skills are a plus Core Competencies (Hilton-Focused) Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction Attention to detail and quality standards Team leadership and development Results-driven mindset Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Work Environment This role is based on-site at a Hilton Garden Inn property and involves active engagement with staff and guests throughout the day.
