Job Description

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for guest service and team development? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our limited-service hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and team performance Drive revenue, control expenses, and achieve financial goals Maintain brand standards, property appearance, and regulatory compliance Build a positive culture focused on service, accountability, and results
Qualifications:
Previous hotel management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and guest satisfaction metrics Experience with hotel PMS systems and revenue management preferred
