Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa is searching for the perfect candidate to join our team as a Guest Service Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for a Lead Front Desk Agent, a Concierge, an experienced Guest Services Representative, a Guest Services Supervisor to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who is interested in long-term employment with room for growth opportunities. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional individuals who work well with others and have a flexible schedule. We are offering a full time position with benefits and 2 weeks paid vacation per year. We are asking for serious inquiries only due to our extensive training process. Established in 2006, Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa is a AAA Four Diamond Hotel that is set apart from other hotels/resorts in the area. Nestled along the scenic bluffs of Shell Beach, the breathtaking views, award winning service and spacious accommodations bring resort living to the next level. Our five-acre, oceanside resort offers the most sophisticated accommodations, exceptional culinary delights as well as a relaxing day spa. Our team works as one to not only meet, but to exceed all of our guests' expectations. Guest Services Supervisors at Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa wear many hats. They work closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee the Guest Services Representatives, the Bellman/Valet team as well as the Night Auditors. They assist with booking reservations, checking guest in and out, answering phones, concierge requests, and most importantly, ensuring all team members are maintaining five star standards at all times.
