Our goal is to create a luxury-level experience for both dogs and their owners — combining structure, professionalism, hospitality, and genuine love for animals. We're looking for a strong leader who can help run and elevate day-to-day operations at our growing dog resort. ⸻ The Role This is not a desk-only management position. You'll be leading the operation in real time — overseeing staff, ensuring dogs are cared for properly, maintaining high standards, communicating with clients, solving problems calmly, and helping create an environment that feels organized, positive, and professional every single day.
