In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, all while driving revenue growth and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability through effective revenue management techniques Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to cultivate a motivated and professional team Manage budgeting processes, control costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets while maintaining high-quality standards Enhance guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring memorable experiences, and fostering positive guest interactions Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day Maintain compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies; oversee guest safety protocols and emergency procedures Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously Promote a welcoming atmosphere by supervising guest services teams and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences Support multilingual or bilingual communication within the team to serve diverse guests effectively Experience Proven supervising experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with a strong background in hotel operations Extensive knowledge of hospitality management principles, including revenue management, guest services, and human resources practices Demonstrated success in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and develop talent within the organization Experience working in resort environments or large-scale hotels is highly desirable Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered an asset for engaging with diverse guests effectively Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead with passion, inspire your team, elevate guest satisfaction levels, and drive operational excellence.
