Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Hire and train all front of the house service employeesSchedule and assign workstations to all service employeesCoach and develop the staffMaintain established service standardsConduct pre-shift and department meetings with the staffReview and evaluate the staff performance in a timely mannerDevelop good working relations with other departmentsMaintain compliance with health codesAccountable for P&L resultsOther related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
