Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.

Financial Performance:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-control goals.

Guest Experience:

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution.

Sales & Marketing:

Collaborate with sales teams to drive occupancy and market share growth.

Property Maintenance:

Oversee upkeep and safety of the property, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Qualifications Previous hotel management experience, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG or similar brands. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results. Knowledge of hotel operations systems and Microsoft Office Suite. $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
