Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Supervisor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, exceptional customer service, and smooth operations throughout your shift. Whether managing guest inquiries, coordinating reservations, or overseeing front desk activities, your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and courteously. Oversee front desk operations, including reservations, billing, and guest account management. Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of daily financial transactions and reports. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in top condition. Maintain excellent guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations. Supervise front desk staff during shifts, providing guidance on customer service standards and operational procedures. Uphold hotel management protocols related to security, guest safety, and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with hotel policies regarding phone etiquette, guest privacy, and service standards. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Bilingual or multilingual skills to assist diverse guests effectively are a strong plus. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in resort or hotel settings is desirable; knowledge of guest relations is essential. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
