Roving Service Technician

Griffis/Blessing Inc - one of the largest property management company and voted "Best Places to Work" is seeking a qualified Roving Service Technician to support our communities in the Western Slopes area. The Roving Service Technician will be scheduled to work at different apartment community locations in specific locations ( Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs, Montrose ) to provide excellent customer service by being an active participant in keeping these communities desirable places for residents to live, and for team members to work and take pride in.

Other key responsibilities include:

Reporting to, and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, Service Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President and/or Vice President General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry is preferred Reliable transportation is necessary to get between properties as needed Hand tools to perform the general duties listed above are required Good communication skills in dealing with employees, residents, contractors, and vendors are necessary Knowledge of budget costs and pricing is required Proven ability to supervise, schedule and direct maintenance personnel is required Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance; ask for a copy of the dress code Demonstrated ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors Valid Driver's License Reliable vehicle If this describes you, then we have a great opportunity for you.
