Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. This pivotal role involves overseeing guest services, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all hotel departments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and uphold the highest standards of service and efficiency. Duties Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and supervise hotel staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and professional team. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability through effective pricing and promotional initiatives. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, recruitment efforts, and employee development programs to maintain a high-performing team. Monitor budgeting processes, control expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets while maintaining quality standards. Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently and professionally. Maintain compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all departments. Promote a welcoming resort atmosphere by enhancing guest services, managing guest relations programs, and ensuring consistent service excellence. All tasks assigned by managment/ownership. Qualifications Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment. Strong background in hospitality management with comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, and resort amenities. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments. Experience in revenue management, budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel financials. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
