  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate communication between departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, uphold high standards of customer service, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide detailed information about hotel amenities and services Handle guest complaints or concerns with a positive attitude, resolving issues swiftly to maintain guest satisfaction Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Maintain excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication with guests, vendors, and team members Support guest services initiatives by assisting with special requests, concierge services, and providing local information Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations is essential Previous experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not required Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and uphold high standards of service delivery Join us as a Front Desk Supervisor where your passion for hospitality will shine!
