Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Full-time Year-round

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and provide exceptional service to our guests. This full-time, year-round position is ideal for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and friendly service Train, mentor, and assist front desk staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, handling any special requests or issues promptly and professionally Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and reports related to room occupancy, reservations, and financial transactions Collaborate with hotel management to implement and enforce policies and procedures that enhance the guest experience Ensure that the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully equipped with necessary supplies and promotional materials Participate in hiring and performance evaluation processes for front desk staff

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a front desk agent or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in hotel management software and computer applications Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary
