You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. Compensation:
$58,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they're providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policiesQualifications:
Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired PEP knowledge will be helpful About Company Located in Westminster, just off US-36, we offer easy access to downtown Denver and Boulder. Rocky Mountain Airport and Denver International Airport are in close proximity to the hotel.
