As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Karrravaan you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. You will lead our front-of-house team, oversee the dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of the guest experience. If you're a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences, we'd like to hear from you. For this position, we are hosting an open call for interviews during the month of March on Monday's from 1:00pm
  • 3:00pm, Tuesday's from 11:00am
  • 1:00pm. Thursday's from 1:00pm
  • 3:00pm, and Friday's from 1:00pm
  • 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate team-building activities Delegate to staff but facilitate and cultivate an inclusive and respectful work environment for staff and guests Communicate with culinary team and other heads of departments when necessary Ensure the productivity of team members in both back and front of house Greet and accommodate guests requests Ensure service standards are top-notch Find room for improvement in all aspects, especially service and customer satisfaction Monitor and adhere to safety, hygiene standards and procedures Investigate and resolve customer complaints Must be available for evening shifts, and weekends. Oversee and enforce standardized safety procedures and nightly closing protocols to ensure the facility is secure, compliant, and prepared for the following days operations
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of food and beverage operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations. Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
Compensation Details Compensation:
Hourly ($25.00
