This pivotal role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest service, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and market analysis. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, supervising staff, and maintaining a motivated team. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of guest relations by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Supervise night audit processes and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, employee development, and guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with supervising responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members. IHG Brand experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of revenue management strategies and budgeting processes. Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and night audit procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively. Experience in human resources management within the hospitality industry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
