You will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold hotel standards, and foster guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant front office team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, making every guest feel valued and cared for from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the front desk team to deliver seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest profiles, billing information, and other essential documentation using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Uphold phone etiquette standards by answering inquiries courteously and professionally across multiple communication channels. Foster a positive team environment through coaching, training on hospitality management practices, and promoting a culture of hospitality excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry. Strong background in hospitality management with excellent customer service skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Demonstrated proficiency in hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced resort or hotel setting. Previous experience in guest services roles with a passion for creating memorable hospitality experiences.
