Ownership Group / Operating Company About Us We are a small portfolio of boutique hotels known for thoughtful design, warm hospitality, and a personalized guest experience. Our properties are intentionally small, which means every team member has a real impact on guest satisfaction, reviews, and the day-to-day feel of the hotel. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Full-Time Property/asset Manager to help us keep operations running smoothly and our guests delighted. About the Role As Property/Asset Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique property (or properties), supervise a small operation and housekeeping team, and act as the on-site point of contact for guests and vendors when needed. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who wants meaningful management responsibility. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, maintenance reporting, housekeeping, call center, and guest services, ensuring consistent quality across every shift. Resolve guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally. Monitor online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) and respond to guest feedback in a timely, on-brand manner. Manage room inventory, rates, and availability across the property management system (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) channels. Track daily occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR; flag trends or anomalies to ownership and recommend adjustments. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, landscaping, laundry, and supply orders; obtain quotes and manage small budgets. Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and that rooms and common areas meet brand standards. Reconcile daily revenue reports, process payments and refunds, and assist with month-end reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, ADA, and local hospitality regulations. Support marketing efforts, including local partnerships, in-room collateral, and special package or event coordination. Be available by phone for after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in hotel, boutique inn, bed-and-breakfast, vacation rental, or similar hospitality operations. Prior supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Comfort with hotel software — experience with a PMS (e.g., Cloudbeds, Mews, Guesty, Opera, or similar) and OTAs is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills; warm, guest-first demeanor. Highly organized self-starter able to prioritize and make decisions independently. Comfortable with basic financial tracking — invoices, daily revenue, simple budgets. Availability to work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule that may include some weekends or holidays. Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-site at the property as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Nice to Have Experience with revenue management or dynamic pricing tools (i.e., PricePoint, Wheelhouse). Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software. Background in food and beverage, events, or guest experience design. What We Offer $4,000 per month for a 40-hour work week. Meaningful ownership of a small, beautiful property where your work is visible every day. Friendly, low-ego team and direct access to ownership. Opportunities to grow into a larger role as our portfolio expands. How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note (a few sentences is fine) telling us why a boutique hospitality role appeals to you. We review every application and will reach out to qualified candidates to schedule a short phone interview. Boutique Hotel Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
