Full Job Description Traveling Hotel Sales Task Manager Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33301 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Traveling Hotel Sales Task Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role requires a motivated individual who can manage and execute sales strategies across multiple hotel properties while traveling to various locations as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in hotel sales management. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for multiple hotel properties. Travel to assigned hotel locations to oversee sales activities and ensure alignment with company goals. Coordinate and manage sales tasks, including client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with hotel management and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and travel frequently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
