Shift Coverage:

Primary responsibility will be supervision of evening shifts, with morning and overnight shift supervision required on an as-needed basis. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Valet Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. As a Valet Supervisor, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining the safety and organization of the parking facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining adequate staffing Maintaining call out coverage Creating schedule each week Filling out a payroll and KPI spreadsheet each week Supervising each shift effectively for 40 hours per week (subject to increase based upon need for callout coverage) Delegating tasks to employees Attending weekly Managers meetings Providing the best customer service through positivity, enthusiasm and happiness Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Handle cash transactions for parking fees and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking policies and procedures. Assist with retrieving vehicles for guests upon request, ensuring timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to provide a welcoming environment. Monitor vehicle flow to optimize space utilization and minimize wait times.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of customer service are met. Training and holding team members accountable to the high standards SafeParc has. Experience Previous experience in valet parking or as a Valet Supervisor is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience handling cash transactions is advantageous. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles, is preferred. Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting can be beneficial. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
