Pay:
$14.00/hour + tips (performance-based earning potential) Valet Morning Supervisor | AC Hotel Lead the standard. Set the pace. Elevate the experience. We are seeking a hands-on, leadership-driven Valet Supervisor who takes ownership of both team performance and guest experience . This is not a stand-and-watch role—this is for someone who leads from the front, holds high standards, and takes pride in building a reliable, accountable team. Position Overview As a Valet Supervisor, you are responsible for leading daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence . You will set the tone each shift through your energy, urgency, and attention to detail. This role requires consistency, accountability, and leadership under pressure . Schedule & Coverage 24/7 operation Primary focus: Morning shift supervision (7AM-3PM) Additional coverage: overnights (11pm-7am) as needed Flexibility is required , not optional. Key Responsibilities Lead by example—set the standard for urgency, professionalism, and guest interaction Ensure full shift coverage and proactively manage call-outs Create and manage weekly schedules based on business needs Track and submit payroll and KPI reports weekly Actively supervise shifts (40+ hours/week), stepping in wherever needed Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation at all times Manage vehicle flow and minimize guest wait times Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members Attend weekly manager meetings and contribute to operational improvements Non-Negotiable Standards Zero tolerance for preventable accidents or claims Accountability is expected at all levels—especially leadership Reliability and punctuality are critical to success in this role What We're Looking For A leader first , not just a worker with a title Someone who takes ownership , not direction Strong communicator who can coach, correct, and motivate High sense of urgency and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Willingness to step in and support the team at any time Preferred Experience Previous valet or supervisory experience (preferred, not required) Experience in hospitality, dealerships, or high-volume service environments Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus Why Join Us This is an opportunity to be part of a team that values accountability, performance, and growth .
