The Impact You'll Make As the Director of Rooms Division, you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You'll oversee the seamless operation of our Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services teams, ensuring every stay is flawless from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will directly shape guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization—making you a key driver of our reputation and success. What You'll Do Lead and inspire the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services teams to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences. Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy, room revenue, and guest satisfaction scores. Oversee daily room operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet WaterWalk's high standards. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align room availability with promotional campaigns and group bookings. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, implementing improvements where needed. Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation without compromising quality. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and service excellence. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand standards across all guest-facing operations. What You'll Bring 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, preferably in a Rooms Division or similar role. Proven ability to lead multi-department teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong understanding of property management systems (PMS) and hotel revenue management principles. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences. Must be willing to the following: Stand for 8 hours or more Able to pull, push and lift up to 50lbs Able to work flexible shifts for example 7-3, 3-11, and 11p-7am Walking around the property performing inspections.
