This key leadership role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and related departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. We are looking for an energetic hospitality professional with a passion for guest satisfaction, team development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Guest Services operations. Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and company policies. Drive guest satisfaction and online reputation performance through exceptional service delivery. Monitor and improve guest service scores, reviews, and operational metrics. Recruit, train, coach, and develop department managers and team members. Establish labor controls and productivity standards to meet financial goals. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and operational departments. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to optimize guest experiences. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, payroll, and expense controls. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the property. Lead by example while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence. Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience. Minimum 2 years in a Rooms Division leadership role (Director of Rooms, Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, or similar). Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and housekeeping management. Experience managing departmental budgets and labor costs. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate teams and drive performance. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Preferred IHG experience strongly preferred. Resort or high-volume hotel experience. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with Opera PMS and hotel management systems.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
