Front Desk Supervisor 2900 Parkway Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34747 From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for guests, manage multi-line phone systems, and coordinate with various hotel departments to guarantee guest satisfaction. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest interactions Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when applicable Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide personalized guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to optimize guest experiences Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Previous experience with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of resort or hotel environments, including guest services and guest relations best practices Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk responsibilities in a busy hospitality setting Demonstrated ability to lead a team with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Join us as a Front Desk Supervisor where your enthusiasm for hospitality will inspire your team and create memorable experiences for every guest.
