Florida General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B (if applicable) Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, and operating expenses Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, and overall RevPAR Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable culture Maintain a strong, visible presence on property, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction Monitor and respond to guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities

General Manager Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hotel leadership experience (GM or AGM preferred) Experience in select-service or limited-service hotel operations Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting Proven ability to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction scores Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work across all departments Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with hotel systems (PMS, revenue management, OTA platforms)
