Responsibilities Manage all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining high standards of hospitality management. Handle guest relations with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Oversee multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues swiftly. Maintain a welcoming environment by managing guest services, including concierge tasks, information provision, and special requests. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in customer service. Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Strong leadership abilities to supervise staff, manage conflicts, and foster teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
