  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) and lead the charge in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth hotel operations.

As a key leader, you will drive revenue growth, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning time and again. Your passion for hospitality management and leadership will be instrumental in creating memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services. Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. Manage hotel revenue through effective revenue management strategies, including pricing adjustments and occupancy optimization. Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive team environment. Handle guest relations proactively by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Oversee budgeting processes, cost control measures, and financial reporting to meet operational goals. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all departments. Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Maintain high standards of guest services by supervising the front desk team, managing guest inquiries, and enhancing overall guest relations. Support the implementation of hospitality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality. Experience Proven supervising experience in a hotel or resort environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Extensive hospitality management background with strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services. Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively. Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with hotel management systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills including phone etiquette. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high service standards.
