As a Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational success while creating memorable stays for our guests. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping oversight. Supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and excellent phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift. Implement hospitality management best practices to enhance guest experiences and streamline hotel workflows. Train and develop team members in customer service standards, hotel protocols, and multilingual communication skills to serve diverse clientele. Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards across all departments. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a strong background in guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Strong leadership qualities to motivate staff and manage daily operations confidently. Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of resort or hotel environments with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally across multiple channels.
