In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest service. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and warmth, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and hospitality expertise. Oversee the night audit process, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and maintain high standards of hotel management. Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information with courteous phone etiquette. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by fostering positive guest relations and ensuring the front desk area is organized and inviting. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk software is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency. Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
