Job Description

At Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, we create unforgettable guest experiences across 2,400 acres of beaches, golf courses, marina adventures, world-class dining, retail, events, and luxury accommodations. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to help bring our brand to life across every corner of the resort.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys balancing multiple projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional marketing that drives revenue, enhances the guest experience, and supports operational excellence. Position SummaryThe experienced Marketing Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts diverse business units. This position serves as a vital connection between marketing and operations, ensuring resort-wide needs are aligned, on-brand, and executed with excellence and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with department leaders, sales teams, and external partners to support campaigns, promotions, events, and guest-facing communications that elevate the Sandestin experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing initiatives across all resort business units, including rooms, dining, golf, recreation, marina, retail, events, weddings, group sales, and seasonal programmingServe as a primary marketing liaison for department leaders, building strong relationships and ensuring marketing needs are communicated clearly and efficientlyManage traditional marketing efforts including collateral, signage, print materials, promotional displays, advertising, and on-property guest communicationsAssist with website updates including landing pages, package offers, event listings, promotions, and ongoing content maintenanceSupport email marketing campaigns through content creation, scheduling, audience segmentation, proofing, deployment, and performance analysisProvide basic graphic design support for digital assets, branded collateral, signage updates, and creative resizing needsCoordinate marketing projects from concept through completion, managing timelines, approvals, production, and final deliveryPartner with internal teams as well as external agencies, media vendors, printers, photographers, and creative partnersMaintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project trackers, and asset management systemsProofread all materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand standardsSupport seasonal campaigns, resort packages, signature events, programming, and revenue-driving promotionsThrive in a high-volume, fast-paced resort environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, hotel, tourism, lifestyle, or destination marketing. This is NOT an entry level position.

Experience supporting multiple departments, business units, or high-volume operationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detailFamiliarity with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation toolsBasic graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platformsUnderstanding of how marketing drives revenue, guest satisfaction, brand awareness, and business performanceStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectivelyCreative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and computerFrequent use of computers, phones, and other office equipment for daily administrative and marketing tasksAbility to stand and walk throughout the resort property for meetings, events, site visits, and content collectionMust be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, including marketing materials, signage, packages, and event suppliesAbility to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and climb as needed when organizing materials, setting up signage, or assisting with resort eventsComfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed, including in natural elements such as heat, humidity, sun, wind, and rain during resort events, activations, photo shoots, and special eventsAbility to travel across multiple resort outlets and departments throughout a large property settingMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on resort programming and business needsRequires strong visual attention to detail for reviewing creative materials, signage, digital content, and brand presentationEOE M/D/F/V
