Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team at our vibrant hospitality property. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth communication between departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, possesses strong customer service skills, and thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and uphold hotel standards Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly Maintain multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and callers effectively Support multilingual guests by providing bilingual or multilingual assistance as needed Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service protocols, and guest relations best practices Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong background in customer service within a resort or hotel environment Knowledge of front desk procedures including night audit, guest relations, and multi-line phone systems Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Previous experience supervising front desk staff or in a supervisory role is preferred Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
