Job Description
General Manager needed to run a resort-style property, soon to oversee multiple locations!!!
- Full Time Currently, we have one popular high-rise property in downtown Sarasota, soon to have multiple all next door, and then on to more states to continue our growth.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, capital improvement planning, and vendor relationships Conduct regular property inspections; hold teams accountable to appearance and service standards Coordinate insurance claims, incident reporting, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Lead hurricane preparedness and emergency response protocols
- Own community P&L — including NOI, budget adherence, delinquency, collections, and expense management
- Drive occupancy and revenue performance through strategic pricing, renewal management, and leasing direction
