Hotel Maintenance Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management, ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and guest services, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Oversee maintenance management, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance tasks. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance schedules and work orders. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments to optimize service delivery and operational processes. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for hotel operations. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality service standards. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in low voltage systems, electrical troubleshooting (using voltmeter and ohmmeter), and HVAC systems. Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance management tasks. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
