Located in the heart of West Palm Beach's NORA District, the 201-room boutique hotel is developed by Richard Born. Inspired by the glamour and effortless sophistication of the French Riviera, this rooftop destination offers a vibrant experience that seamlessly blends all-day dining, sunset cocktails, late-night energy, and poolside leisure. The Rooftop at The Nora is searching for a Beverage Manager who will play a key leadership role in overseeing the beverage operations at the rooftop restaurant, poolside venue, and nightlife destination. About the
Role:
Reporting to the General Manager and Beverage Director, the Beverage Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining the bar program, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, service standards, and guest experiences across multiple bars and service environments. This leader will oversee cocktail program execution, bartender training and development, inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships. Success in this position requires a hands-on operator with a passion for cocktails, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing high-volume bar operations, cocktail programs, or beverage-focused concepts Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Beverage Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, nightlife, or resort environment Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage cost controls, including inventory management and purchasing procedures Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cocktail programs and beverage standards across multiple service environments preferred Proven success managing liquor inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and beverage budgeting to achieve financial goals Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing bartenders and bar support teams in a fast-paced setting Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service, compliance, and liquor regulations Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional service and operational standards during high-volume periods A positive, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, beverage innovation, and team development This is an equal-opportunity employer.
