Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of a Hotel General Manager titled position Experience with brand name hotels like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc Current or very recent experience with Opera Cloud hotel software Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to train, coach, and motivate the team Strong communication and organizational skills Passion and ability to work autonomously without constant direction Knowledge and ability to execute all hotel positions Positive mental attitude
