Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager / Director of Sales (AGM/DOS) to lead our hotel team's daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Your duties will include:
  • Supervising and managing all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
  • Implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Managing hotel reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments
  • Monitoring and maintaining hotel inventory, including supplies and equipment
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards
  • Managing human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Overseeing night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Implementing effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel profitability```Requirements``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
  • Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Full-time Pay:
$17.00
