Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery. Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, optimize revenue management, and improve overall hotel performance. Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and cost control measures to meet financial targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Manage human resources functions such as recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated and professional team. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring personalized service, and creating memorable experiences for all visitors. Implement effective hotel management practices including night audit procedures, reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette to streamline operations. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to uphold a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Strong background in hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills—comfortable managing teams across multiple departments. Knowledge of human resources practices such as staffing, training programs, and employee relations. Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments including front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations strategies.
