We are opening a Brand New Fairfeld Inn & Suites Bethleham Ga We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who excels in customer service, guest relations, and team management. The ideal candidate will be bilingual or multilingual, bringing hospitality expertise and a proactive approach to creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant resort environment. Provide visionary leadership to ensure smooth daily hotel operations, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Oversee front desk operations, guest services, and overall guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, optimize occupancy rates, and enhance overall profitability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards across all departments. Cultivate strong relationships with guests, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional service experiences. Coordinate with departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and marketing to deliver seamless operations. Proven hotel management experience with a strong background in hospitality operations Miniuim 3 or more years in Hotel Management preferbly with Marriott or Hilton Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and resort management best practices. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Hospitality certifications or relevant training are preferred but not mandatory. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
