Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Working Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our pet resort as well as assist with pet care duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pet boarding management and guest relations, with a focus on revenue management and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This job is open both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
• Supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
• Conduct night audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain relationships with guests to address any concerns or special requests promptly
• Oversee phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained
• Handle pet care duties including feeding, cleaning, administering medications, and monitoring health status

Experience:

• Proven experience in pet resort management
• Strong understanding of front desk operations and night audit procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of resort operations, including guest relations and supervising staff
