Candidates must have at least 3 years of Regional, above property experience, overseeing a portfolio of branded assets, and a clear history of progressive experiences.

3+ years as a multi-unit Manager or Director for a portfolio of hotels Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Master's degree preferred Hotel certifications highly preferred Clear career progression that includes strong General Manager tenures Experience with major brands Inspiring and transformational leadership style Ability to travel regionally 50% of the time

Hotel Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Recruit, promote, train, and inspire General Managers Ensure financial success at all properties Ensure preparedness and passing of all brand QA assessments Act as direct contact for brand representatives as needed Open new properties and onboard new assets Other duties as assigned
